Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Alabama is committed to the effective teaching of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Our program is centered on Self-Defense and includes conditioning, technique and sparring. Our curriculum is designed to ease the student into the training regime and application of technique.

Providing the highest level of jiu jitsu instruction to Mobile, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Alabama's academy is located in the Midtown area of the city.

  Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Alabama is locally owned and operated by Pat Langan. Pat is a certified four strip Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt under 2nd degree Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Allen Hopkins. Having experience with multiple forms of martial arts since an early age, Pat's first encounter with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu convinced him that it was the most effective martial art in existence.
   He studies extensively under the direct instruction of Allen Hopkins.
   Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Alabama is the state's only affiliate member of the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association, one of the largest and most respected BJJ Associations in the world.
