Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Mississippi is committed to the effective teaching of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Our program is centered on Self-Defense and includes conditioning, technique and sparring. Our curriculum is designed to ease the student into the training regime and application of technique.

Allen started the first unofficial Pedro Sauer affiliate in Dodge City, Kansas in 1992. Unsatisfied with long distance training, he moved in with the Sauer family on October 5, 1993, and immediately began to work for Master Sauer. He would continue to do so in one capacity or other for the next twelve years.

Jobs included Lacky, Head Lacky, Instructor, Head Instructor (in Professor Sauer's absence), and Academy Manager. This working relationship allowed Allen to accumulate more training hours with Master Sauer than any student past or present.

Mark began training in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu 5 years ago with Team Hopkins from the encouragement of Chad Pittman. He is a veteran police officer with 20 years experience and is currently a patrol supervisor with a local agency. Mark assists with the adult classes and the women's self defense classes. His goal is to never stop training and to receive his Blackbelt from Prof. Sauer one day.
